An architect and urbanist by profession, with a masters in urban sustainability, he possesses a holistic understanding of sustainability in contemporary built environments
Following a B. Arch graduation from USAP, Delhi, he completed his masters from The Bartlett, UCL, London, in ‘Sustainable Urbanism’. Before returning home, he worked on developing sustainable growth strategies for Nacka county in Stockholm, Sweden and consulted on niche projects in central London, focusing on sustainable housing models and modes of construction using shipping containers. With a keen eye for, and global exposure in technology and sustainable practices, Kinshuk brings a differentiated, forward-looking technological leadership to the team at Studio Sustain.
He is also an educator, being associated with prestigious Architectural Institutions such as SPA (Delhi), USAP (Delhi), his alma mater, and is also an independent research advisor at Imperial College London, U.K. He is often invited to conferences and seminars as a speaker for emerging technologies in architecture and construction, where he enjoys sharing his experiences and vision for the AEC industry.
STUDIO FOUNDATION
Studio Sustain began as an experiment in application of modern, cutting edge design and production methods to contemporary Indian professional practice. There were no set boundaries to this experiment, the sole objective being the discovery of what to implement and how to implement, to achieve greater precision and resilience in the design of our built environment. The heart of the experiment however, was to make our built environments more sustainable, and tangibly so.
Though the idea itself is much older, Studio Sustain began professional consultancy in 2018. Our young founder, armed with global exposure and experience, coupled with the zeal and skill to continuously stay updated with global best practices and tools, keeps us at the forefront of precise high performance design.
Over the years, using the most advanced tools available, we have evolved bespoke processes that allow us to analyze building performance to extreme empirical detail, and deliver designs with similar precision.

SCOPE: STRUCTURAL BIM MANAGEMENT
This project with the HINES Group and DLF is located in Delhi NCR. Our scope for this project was BIM Management for the structural discipline and coordination with the team of consultants. The area under our gambit was approximately 60,00,000 sq. ft.
